Para colocar o Background:
Preencha o espaço da arte com suas imagens/fotos e nome usando um software de editoração de imagens (tipo ps).
Não altere o tamanho da imagem (válido para back e banner)
Crie uma conta no http://www.tinypic.com/ (ou qualquer outro de sua preferência)
Faça o upload das imagens do seu computador.
